Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Rirento, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our policy below:
14-Day Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, you have have to pay for any logistics costs your self. However, if the product is damaged, we will take care of the shipping costs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The item must be unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We do not accept returns on personalized products (such as modified "Kurssipuku")
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at rientoclothing@gmail.com with the subject line "REFUND (ORDER NUMBER)". We'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
International Returns: If you reside outside Finland, please be aware that shipping your return may take longer than expected. Feel free to reach out to us at rientoclothing@gmail.com with any return-related inquiries.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at rientoclothing@gmail.com.
